Trafficking

Miami Drug Trafficking Attorney

Drug trafficking is considered one of the most serious drug offenses in Florida and these charges are notorious for carrying harsh penalties. You may be charged with drug trafficking in Miami if you are found to be in possession of illegal drugs that weigh more than the legal statutory limit for the specific drug. A police officer can charge you with trafficking even if you aren't selling the drugs or even transporting them at the time of your arrest.

A talented Miami drug crime lawyer can help you challenge your drug trafficking charges, but it is important to contact our firm immediately after you learn of your charges. You should never discuss your charges with law enforcement until an attorney from Parks & Braxton, PA is standing by your side. The prosecution will use anything that you say to convict you in court, and remaining silent is your best chance at avoiding the penalties of a conviction.
